Review: We are filing a complaint against a contractor that partially finished our job 3 months ago. He was hired to replace flooring that had been damaged from a long term leaking toilet. CJ Lucci Contractor subbed out the job, ordered a vanity, toilet and medicine cabinet without allowing us to pick what was ordered. I complained about each piece for different reasons and the only piece he would replace was the medicine cabinet and that's because I didn't allow him to install it. He finally ordered one like the one he threw away of ours because he thought it looked outdated. Mr. Lucci said the piece would come in within the next several days and that he'd be back to install it when it came in. We have not seen or heard from Mr. Lucci since the day he said he'd ordered the new medicine cabinet. Our repeated frequent calls go unanswered. We are elderly people and we unfortunately paid Mr. Lucci in full before the job was completed at Mr. Lucci's urging. Now we are stuck with a job that's partially complete and I want to try to protect others from having this same experience.Desired Settlement: We do not trust Mr. Lucci and do not want him in our home. We do however want to be reimbursed for the cost of the medicine cabinet that had been included in the original estimate. We would also like a written apology. We are 87yrs old and 90yrs old and Mr. Lucci knows that, but he exploited the fact that we are elderly and didn't allow us to choose the new items that were to be installed, and when we complained, he said they're already installed so he can't do anything about it and HE likes it!
