She got two full meals pretty much Her first burger (which was in fact well done), she cut in half, and said it wasn’t well enough – though it was This isn’t the first time she has come to our restaurant and complained and treated the staff poorly She is a habitual complainer, so I had enough really She complained about her burger after cutting it half, and didn’t take a bite out of it I took it to the kitchen and and we put it back on the grill to make it a little more well done She got the same burger on a new bun with new fries This wasn’t good enough for her I went over and told her what we did, and she said it wasn’t good enough I said okay, we will make her a new burger She said fine, but she wouldn’t be paying for it I then said okay, then we will not be providing her with food I have apologies and notes from people in her group stating the staff did great and we did everything correctly to please her and I am not willing to give her anything for free By the way, we got a 99% on our health inspection after she called the health department
