Mr*** has received his registration and tag, please see attached. We absorbed all additional fees during the processing of Mr***’s paperwork at the tag officeHowever, at times circumstances arise that take long than anticipatedWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

Automotive repairs are based on a published book time ( the amount of hours to do a job) and then that is applied at our door rate The times typically include diag time ( the time spent to find the concern )

I am responding to the complaint MrDaniel *** placedI have spoken to Mr*** and to his knowledge the vehicle is repairedI have arranged with Mr*** to bring his vehicle in for a complementary oil change and to verify all the sensors are currently operating properlyIn the event there is

It seems there must be a miss communication as the amount from $to $seems
doubled and a difference would not be an additional $130. the vehicle was brought into our service department for a diagnoses, which was performedthe customer decided not to have the work performed. the technician still has to be paid for performing this service and service writer for taking care of the customer

I am rejecting this response because: There was no misscomunocation. We paid $130 for the diagnosis. You quoted us $260.44 for the ignition switch, $98.54 for the headlamp relay, $30.00 for shop supplies and $38.92 in taxes. That's a grand total of $557.91. Subtract the $130 we paid and that leaves $427.91 to replace a relay and an ignition switch that took less than ten minutes to replace. You saw a woman looking to have her car fixed and took advantage of her because you thought she wouldn't know any better. Do the right thing. Apologize for trying to rip her off and return the $130 for her trouble.
