MAY 23, 2016TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN :The car was brought in to repaint the front bumper, customer said the paint just peeled off, wrong, the paint peeled off because the bumper hit something and be cause of impact to bumper the paint split off.I called the customer and told her that was not our
responsibility She asked for an estimate to repair, I called her back and gave her the price of $She asked for a lower price and I told her I would do it for $and she agreedWhen I called her that the car was finished she did not want pay the bill and really ripped me out.As you can see by the pictures, she damaged the bumper herself.I feel we have no responsibility for what she damaged.Ken W

I am rejecting this response because nothing changed on my bumper from the time the body shop manager gave me a no charge quote to when I dropped it off at the shop. The bumper looked the same when the manager quoted $0. If he had quoted me $513 at that time and explained why the paint chipped, this would not be an issue. It's just shady business to get a quote and then when I drive the 20 miles from home to drop off, the quote gets changed to $513. If body shop guy made a mistake, the shop should stand behind quote or maybe Ken W[redacted] should do all the quotes himself!
