Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.If my original stove (Kenmore Elite that matched the rest of my appliances) worked why would I have been buying a different one from Milligans? So the fact that they were told it worked is not true When they were at the house they asked what was wrong with this one They were told it didn't heat up.I contacted the Revdex.com to get a response from Milligans because Milligans was longer were returning my calls or answering the phone when I called This certainly cannot be construed as hostility.My warranty was days, of those days the stove did not work, see attached for timeline The new part had a day warranty on it, installed on 12/13/and broke again on 1/19/ Clearly within the warranty period.Regards, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern: Our service technician went out to the customer's house on May 29,and the service technician called and said there were too many issues with customer's dryer and was interested in a gas dryer that we hadWe took care of the process and delivered it that dayThe dryer was tested before it left our storeCustomer called and said it wasn't heating like it should so a service technician went back out and took a part off of the dryer to order it, at this time it was still heatingWhen the customer called back the next day he said it wasn't working and he demanded a refund I told him we had a no refund policy that he was told about before purchase and on the receipt he signedHe got loud with me and I told him I needed to speak with the owner about the situationThe service technician went out and decided it would be better if we tell him he could keep the dryer and refund him the moneyAs of June 6,we wrote a check for $and mailed it to the customer JUN Milligan's Appliances

The original deal was we waived the delivery fee for what Ms.*** told us to be a working stove but it never worked while it was in our possessionWe
fixed Ms.***'s stove while it was in warrantyIt is out of warranty and due to her hostility we do not feel it is in our best interest to send a service technician to her homeWe had her stove working while in warrantyNow that is out of warranty we would appreciate it that Ms.*** stop contacting us

We were told that customer's stove worked but they wanted to upgradeThat is why we waived her delivery because we were told her stove workedWe answered all of the customer's call until he started getting rude and hostile and we told her she was out of her warranty and to please contact another business Thank you,
