[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]*** told you by phone he was coming Friday night to meet with my wife at 7pm, an appoint which he set with herI am letting her handle this because I am a disabled vet with health issues, further in a text to me *** got mad and called me pathetic which I can't handleThe appointment was set and confirmedMy wife waited until *pm at which time she text him and he said he got held up and was very tiredMy wife said ok, when would you like to come, *** said SaturdayAgain a know show, this time telling her he had a stomach bugShe said ok, get in touch with me this week to set up another appointment He called me pathetic because I couldn't see him one time because I was sick in bedHe wanted to come anyway, and I said I am sorry but I am too sickThis was after he had stood us up previous timesThat is when he got upset and said I was patheticWe need the repairs done because we can't afford to hire someone else to do what we paid him to do correctly which he did not, and gave us a contract with a lifetime warranty. My wife is trying to give him a chance to do the right thingI hope it works out that way, but if not I will spend the money for a lawsuit*** was always here when there was money for him at stakeI am also a member of *** *** and I will be giving a bad review there and a ripoff report if this doesn't get fixed soonI appreciate the Revdex.com's help in this matter

Revdex.com spoke to the owner *** *** and received this statement: Customer wanted a wall waterproofed*** stated that he told the customer that he needed to get into the house to see where the problem isHe stated that the customer refused to let him in the house*** stated that since he
could not get into the house, he waterproofed it from the outsideThe customer contacted him and stated that there were still leaks, and he told the customer that he is willing to fix any of his work but he needs to get inside to see where it is coming from, but the customer will not allow access*** stated that he is trying to work with the customer and has made several attempts for appointments with the customer but the customer has cancelled due to different issuesHe still wants to try and work with the customer and if there are any changes he will be sure to contact us

Mr [redacted] is lying, I have set up three appointments including today and Mr [redacted] has never showed. I don't think he intends to honor his warranty.

Per phone call with Mr. [redacted] - He has an appointment set with the home owner's wife this evening 5/15/15 @ 7:00pm Friday evening
