delivered a couch damaged and will not replace the unit. they want replace the covering inside the house that will take hours. they call it warranty. I was going to return it at delivery but the driver said they will replace it right away. Ashley headquarters wrote and said that they could replace the unit if they wanted to. they are very poor about calling us back and lack professionalism.
