The home had actually been delivered prior to my receiving this complaint. It has now been set and my crew is working on the plumbing, porches and steps now. The weather played a huge part on the delay of having their home delivered and set. I understand their concerns but we are now back on track.

Review: My husband and I entered in a contract with C&K Homes in September 2014 for the purchase of a modular house for $155,000.00. We gave them the required 20% down[$31,000.00] on 9/10/14. On October 8,2014 we gave them the required 70% payment of $108,500.00 for the delivery and setup of the house. We have been given several delivery dates and still no delivery of the house. We have been understanding of the winter weather but since then we have been given excuse after excuse of why our house haven't been delivered. We have lost all confidence in this company and we are very concerned about the $139,500.00 that we have paid to them.Desired Settlement: We want the delivery and setup of our house.
