Their math simply does not add up on how we were charged for the carpets, and they show no evidence of how long they have had the carpets in the apartmentThe carpets were more than six months old when we moved inWe complained of spots on the carpet when we first moved in that were not taken care ofWe have paid the "remaining balance" and they cashed our check immediatelyThey have no interest in solving this problem, only charging us a ridiculous amount of moneyI do not foresee them resolving this without going to court, which we are unable to do considering we moved out of stateThis is an unfortunate company and I regret ever doing business with themThank you for your help in this process

carpet damage due to their pet. Their carpet was six months old when they moved in. When they moved out it was completely urinated. They only stayed six months. We deducted one year’s life on the carpet cost using a five year term. The amount for the carpet charged to them is $1,024.00. This has all been explained to [redacted] on the phone.The customer owes the balance of $154.00. It was his pet that caused the damage and they have a signed pet agreement where they agreed to pay this amount when they agreed to pay for all damages caused by their pet.This will go on their credit report if the balance is not paid within thirty days.
