[redacted] CALLED OFFICE AND TALKED TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY. OWNER TOLD HIM WE DO NOT SEND CHECKS FOR RETURNED ITMES. CREDIT WILL COME OFF THE NEXT ORDER. HE HAS NOT HAD ANOTHER ORDER SINCE. HE REFUSES TO LET SALESPERSON TAKE AN ORDER. WHEN HE CALLED HE WAS VERY AGRESSIVE AND HE WAS YELLING AND SWEARING AT THE OWNER OF OUR COMPNAY ON THE PHONE. WE DID TRY TO HANDLE THIS PROLBEM, BUT DEALING WITH HIM IS IMPOSSIBLE. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 30 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST OUR COMPANY. OUR COMPANY POLICY IS WE DO NOT QUARENTEE WE WILL TAKE BACK RETURNS OR CREDITS.

[redacted] was so mad and agressive on phone , because ck company sales rep and owner did not give him credit back for more than one month. and small amount of order can not be taken it.

if ck company give him credit; there was no problem for anything, but ck owner kept tell him no order = no credit

Review: MY company has been doing business with ck distributing for a number of years. Their sales reps come to my store and take orders for a next week delivery. The sales reps are not consistent with their delivery hours and days. It went on for a long time. We called their office in Portland and complained. We were supposed to get our delivery this past Tuesday, the 23rd of July, 2013. No one showed up. Called their office in Portland and complained reaptedly. No remedy. Asked if the receptionist can give us the phone number of the owner, she categorically refused. She told me that she is instructed by the owner not to disclose his phone number to any one. The dilemma I faced is the receptionist can not help me and at the same time,there is no other sole at her company that can be accessed. We can access any branch of our government, but not CK Distributing of Portland Oregon.
