Called Port Charles Marine to repair genset on boat bought from them PCM hired CK for repair,they could not fix.CK billed PCM with no luck (Then ME)
Bought Boat from Port Charles Marine OCT 2009. Called Port Charles Marine in May 2010 when we tried to use generator for first time we found out it would not run longer one hour and twenty min.Port Charles Marine did not even look at Generator. They called CK Power for repair,after no less than seven trips generator still would not run longer than one hour and twenty min. CK Power billed Port Charles Marine.Port Charles Marine thought the bill was outrageous and called CK Power to discuss CK Power would not return calls. Port Charles Marine set me a letter explaining this to me.After some time CK Power decided to forget about Port Charles and just bill me for repairs that were not complete.

I have three issues with CK Power.

First I did not hire them. I have copies of bill to Port Charles Marine! So how do they just Magically switch bill to my name.

Second They never repaired generator. I gave up on Port Charles Marine and CK Power and over next two years. I figured out issue and repaired generator myself. After seven or more trips and no repair be cause CK Power had no clue how to repair the generator so what are they billing ane one for?

They turned my name over for collection when I did not hire them
