Came in and fixed my leaking basement that had been fixed by others in the past. Great job, showed up as scheduled and no hidden cost. Stuck to the estimate and it hasn’t leaked since.

C king was contracted to do foundation repair on our home. The foundation work they completed did not pass inspection. They did come back out to fix the issues at hand and the 2nd inspection has not been ordered. They cut holes and took siding off the home. It was was not stated in the contract that they were going to do. When I asked when they were going to fix the holes and put the siding back he refused stating it was not his scope of work. He has left me with having to spend money for repairs that his company made. His company also stole property from the home and refused to clean up the mess they made with demo.
this homeowners husband *** was fully aware of what we needed to do in order to remove and replace the foundation of the home. This homeowner is a real estate agent and I assumed she knew what procedures are need for a total rehab on a mid century home. This is obviously a first "flip" for them and they are trying to make me pay for their ignorance. I have been doing this type of work for 30 years, our reputation is easily accessible on may platforms over the internet. I would never "steal" anything from anyone. Our foundation is done and passed inspection. the debris left is from what we had to move because the homeowner was too slow at doing it so we could keep working. we removed all old debris from foundation and got accused of theft,so we brought it back. We have not been payed a dime on this project. no down payment,nothing, we into this job thousands of dollars. this homeowner had unrealistic expectations that I was unaware from the start.
I spoke to the inspector who told me as soon as *** is satisfied the check will be released. they informed me they simply need a call from her and they suggested I speak with them and work something out. nothing from me is needed, unless requested by ***, for me to be paid. I have called to speak with *** and offered my apologies for the situation we find ourselves in and to offer a $1000 deduction from the total bill. I haven't heard anything from them back since.

On 1-11-19 *** King of C.King construction provided an estimate a bid for installation of 4 window well covers, dig out 4 window well and to regrade yard near house from back door to front corner. Work was scheduled to begin 3rd week of March. On 3/18/19, King sent a team to work on proposed job, led by ***. *** showed up with 4 other guys, within 2 hours came, told me they were done with the job, ready for payment. I looked at job and told *** there must be a mistake, they had only raked my mulched bed by the house and literally that is all. I called my mother ***, who was present 1-11-19 for C. Kings job proposal. After 2 hours, ***, gave idea on how the water could be prevented from coming in basement. I didn't agree with what was proposed but I am not the professional. *** and *** said if this does not work they will go another route. After the work was "done", C.King never came back out to make sure job was done right. Needless to say, it did't work, basement leaked immediately with the next rain. It took 6 weeks to get a hold of C. King by telephone to come out and reevaluate job. While I was pointing out my concerns and property that had been destroyed by his workers, a/c pipe, bricks left everywhere, dirt thrown up against the front side of house, one foot incline which is a safety risk, rock that was not properly placed and all in yard and left all over driveway, mud hole left on side of house, down spouts covered with no clean out and couldn't tell me where they are draining to. C.King became very anger and threatening towards me. He said, "If you keep going like this I am going to get angry and you don't want that!" I replied, "If you can't understand my frustration of spending $1560 for a job not done I don't know what to tell you." After C. King agreed to do the job as promised, on 6-23-19, C.King screamed and cussed at me on the phone, told me he wasn't going to do the job and I would never see my money again. I feel he is a dangerous
I am not sure what this homeowner is talking about. I have a long public history that anyone can access on many platforms like *** ,*** ,***, Revdex.com, ect. this homeowners words are borderline defamatory and I will make a copy of this complaint for my attorney. Although we did not give a warranty for the work we perforned for this homeowner, this is the first I have heard of a leak present.

Very sad but an expected response from such an angry *** man.The lies not surprising,I have been lied to since King was contracted for the job.The sad thing is this will end up in court. Doing the right thing is hard for some taking the easy way out and deflecting it back to me the victim, sound about right coming from King.King was way to comfortable screaming and threatening me in my front yard first time.This was when King came back out to reassess the job not being done correctly basement still leaking and damage to my property. Which King denies in his response back to the Revdex.com. King was told again multiple times phone conversations and text trying to give me the run around to set a date to come back and do the job correctly. Admitting he knew the job wasnt done at all and saw the damage. King even apologized for his behavior in speaking to me the way he did.I just wanted it to be documented with the Revdex.com now before another customer is treated the way me and my family were by King. Im a *** who learned what needed to be done not wanting the job done incorrectly again. It took weeks for King to return my first call who knew how long it would take to get him back out here a 3rd time. I had already be paid in full for the job so there was no motivation for King. Maybe its that I have *** that triggered his lack of respect towards my family.Since, King told me to *** and I would never see a penny of my money back. The basement still leaking I have had 2 other local companies come look at the job. Both were NOT surprised that this was Kings behavior. Again another reason why I felt it was time to file a formal complaint. Sadly this is who King is as a person/professional.
I've worked with C King construction for years for all my foundation and waterproofing needs. The owner is the most honest contractor I've ever dealt with. The best in the business and I can't recommend them enough.

Chris came out and gave me an estimate on waterproofing my home. I had severe leaking and foundation cracks that needed to be addressed. He was punctual and his quote was excellent. He installed a water proofing system with sump pump and fixed all foundation cracks and installed water proofing panels. My basement is so dry now. I am so pleased with his services. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing foundation work or water proofing. He was a pleasure to work with and is extremely trustworthy and reliable. I have since referred him to many of my clients and they have all been pleased with his services. Thank you, Chris!

CKing did foundation repairs on my home several years ago.Four months after repairs I contacted *** and reported that I felt back corner lift had failed. He sent crew to check on and told me everything was fine. I put my house on market last month and structural engineer stated that foundation repairs were not completed correctly. Potential buyers called CKing for estimate. *** told my mom that the previous work was not completed correctly and whoever did the work did not do a good a job and it all needed to be redone. *** King did not remember that his company is the company that did the work. So, he essentially said his company did a bad a job repairing my foundation and gave potential buyers an estimate of $15,000 to make repairs. I had to take my house off market because of this.
What we have is a job for beams installed under your floor a number of years ago. the work stated on this contract I have provided is beams installed for the center of the house and would not do anything for the foundation.I cant find a contract about piers installed at your home. I am not suggesting that we did not install piers. although rare, we may have misplaced the contract for them. could you please send me our paperwork were we installed piers at your home.
