Avoid this company. Find one that has the technology to notify you when a package has shipped. Their website and date options are a joke. More importantly, you’ll get bombarded with “special offers” but will get charged a higher price.
I placed an order after getting numerous offers and discount codes. I was overcharged and to top it off, I never received anything indicating the gift I ordered was shipped. I emailed customer service and was told their “system” to show shipping and tracking information was not working. Convenient right at Christmas. One would think with as much spam they send, someone at company would have generated a message letting customers know. After I inquired about shipping and was told my gift was shipping (7 days after I ordered) I never received a message saying package was delivered.
I had to ask the recipient after Christmas if they received it. When I asked, I was told they didn’t know who shipped it because there wasn’t a message or anything attached. I had used the option and typed a short message to be included but that was also a failure.
Final mail in coffin for this substandard company was the overcharging. I asked about it and attached a screen shot of what I ordered. I just received an email telling me I was wrong.
This company failed on many levels and especially with the shady prices. Do yourself a favor and use Gold Belly or another company to do business with.

I placed an order with them on April 30th and chose a shipment date of May 5-8. Their website indicates that shipment will happen on or before the date chosen. I was charged promptly for my order. I had to reach out to them on the 8th because I was not given updated information about my order. I finally received a response that they said they try to get orders fulfilled by that date and that my order would be sent out as soon as possible. This was on May 10th with no additional information when my order would be sent. This was a gift for Mother’s Day that did not make it on time. Had I known they only try their best to get the orders shipped on time I would have chosen an earlier shipment date but their website guaranteed shipment on or before the date chosen. This is unacceptable.

This company doesn’t deserve any stars, but unfortunately that isn’t an option. I ordered on December 4th and the items should have shipped on December 10th. This company is based in Ohio and map on their website showed the transit time to Michigan would be 1-2 days. On December 15th after there was no email confirmation and no package, I emailed and got no response. I waited a couple days and emailed again. No response. I called and couldn’t reach a live person, so I left a voicemail. No response. I waited another couple days and then emailed multiple times. No response. I did an email blast and sent multiple requests for tracking info. I got a response on December 20th, 16 days after placing the order, from an employee named Sarah who said there was a “ delay in production”. The item was finally shipped December 21st and received on December 26th...over 3 weeks after I ordered. My issue is the lack of communication and the lengths I had to go to to get an answer. I believe this company reels people in with a cheap product, free shipping offer, and then doesn’t follow through with sending the item. I bugged them until they did and it was far more difficult than it should have been. I would never recommend this company and have alerted all my colleagues and family/friends to avoid them. Their business practices are suspect.
