To whom it may concern: In regards to the complaint filed from Mr*** *** on April 14, 2017, our serviceman was unaware as to who had placed the bottle of liquor inside the vehicle and item was returned once brought to his attention. Mr*** also had a discrepancy in
the overage of miles he was charged for and that had been deducted from his deposit. Enclosed please find a copy of our rental contract that states Mr. *** went miles over the allotted 450, which would have given him a $*** return deposit as each additional mile is $* ***Upon the arrival of the police officer we reviewed a months of pre-inspection to insure our tally of the miles were accurate. Please, if there are any further questions or any other information needed to resolve this matter, contact our office between the hours of 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday. To whom it may concern, Ms*** rented a vehicle from us on July 21, with a return date of July 28, Ms*** called on July 23, stating she ran into a fence with our vehicle, we advised her to bring the vehicle in for our mechanic to look over the damages, she
did not bring the vehicle in until her return date which as stated above was July 28, Ms*** did not mention any issues with the vehicle prior to her accident and continued to drive the vehicle for 5 days after hitting the fenceWe recently rented the same vehicle before Ms*** to another customer who returned it with no complaintsOn the day of return she came in with her mother, who is the one that presented all the issues she was supposedly having with the vehicle leading to the accidentMs*** was advised that she would be responsible for the damages she caused and we would contact her with the estimated costHer accusations of the vehicle having issues are frivolous and just an attempt to avoid having to take responsibility for the damages. I rented the vehicle from them numerous timesThey have a policy that states if there is evidence of smoking they would not rent a vehicle to a customerI was NEVER shown or informed of any ashes at ANY pointIn fact they continued to rent me vehiclesOnly upon me wanting to return the vehicle and stop the rental due to their lack of up keep to their vehicles and poor quality vehiclesThey refused to return my deposit! They stated they had found evidence from a previous rental I had months ago! They could not show proof or did they ever inform me of such “ashes.” They have a sign that states if they find evidence of smoking they would not rent to youAnd yet they continued to rent to me because there was no evidence of smokingThey only made up the lie to keep my deposit, at that point I called the police myself to have the incident documentedThere was also another couple at the location also at the same time as I, that they held their deposit fraudulently as wellThe police even stated on record, that this company is well known for this in that area and suggests that they should be out of business!

I wouldn't be talking to lawyers and contacting the Revdex.com if I did not know what I was talking aboutIf I have to show my bank statement I will*** even told me she was going to speak to him about it because she may be wrongWhen I called back to find out what was going on, I kept getting pushed to the side and being told to call backSo they (*** ) took my money and either pocketed it or put it down on someone else's rentalAnd of course, she wants to save face by keeping her job when all she had to do was say I may have been wrongCL B*** did not even try to hear me outHe is very unprofessional and rude and I will make it known to everyoneI'm a very educated woman and I know how to count and know EXACTLY what I gave to that woman in her handsIt was *** for daysPoint blank And I do have a witness that heard *** on the phone say Miss *** I thought you only gave me ***And this witness is at Haley and he said the exact same thing, how can someone at a business say they thought anything when it comes to a customer's moneyShe is suppose to know and he (CL B***) was suppose to verify this before he came and took the carI called CL B*** that next morning at 9:when they opened and because they are so unprofessional, of course, no one answered or it could've been on purposeCL B*** is confused because he told me to look on my contract and it tells me when to bring the car back without even knowing I had renewed so there would've been a different date and it was not listed on the contractI can go on and on because the whole establishment is an unprofessional jokeEither way I do not play about my hard earned money and I have no need to lie about what I gave someone at a second hand car lotI'm in a position where I can pay for whatever services I ask for

The car that was rented has a broken odometer.Yes I understand what the records says but that does not prove the odometer was broken.I have evidence that I was at work for two of the days I rented the car and being that I only live minutes away its nearly impossible for me to had traveled that many milesAlso, the complaint that when I first purchased the rental the ashtray was full of ashes.Also I do not understand how the previous renter traveled out of state when the company does not allow rentals to be driven out of state particularly liability rentals.my next step will be to file a civil suit against this company since this issue has not been resolved and the company has not look into the odometer on the car by a mechanic

Hello,On Friday, April 6th, at 11:am *** *** returned the *** *** *** that she had rented from usDuring her rental period, Ms*** returned to the office several times to extend her rental and the vehicle was checked regularlyOn February 22nd, ashes and
evidence of smoking were found in the vehicle during one of these periodic checksMs*** was reminded of the non-smoking policy for our rental vehicles and indicated her understanding of the policyOur policy, clearly posted for all renters to see as well as signed by Ms*** as part of her rental agreement, is that any evidence of smoking in the rental vehicle will result in loss of the $***.** security depositWhen Ms*** returned the car she was irate that she would not receive her security deposit due to smoking in the vehicle, and began screaming at our staffWhen asked if she remembered the day when ashes were found in the car and she was reminded of the policy, Ms*** confirmed that she remembered the occurrenceThe police had to be called to remove her from the rental office, as she refused to calm down or leave when asked by staff. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the policy is clearly posted in the office, and clearly stated both in the customer's signed rental agreement and signed contract addendum; and because Ms*** could not refrain from smoking in the rental vehicle despite being aware of the policy, we will not be able to refund the disputed $***.** security depositWe sincerely hope that Ms*** has a better experience the next time she rents a vehicle. To whom it may concern,This letter is in regards to case number ***Ms*** * *** came in on a Tuesday afternoon paid for one additional day and she was told to return the following dayAfter trying to reach Ms*** for two days to return the vehicle she finally called back on
Thursday evening near closing time and claimed she thought she was paid until Friday, we informed her she was not and she said she would be in first thing Friday morning to take care of the situationWe opened at 9am Friday morning, Ms*** did not come in, we waited until about 11am she still did not come in or call us, we then decided to locate the vehicle, Ms*** finally decided to call, still claiming she paid until Friday at 1pmWe told Ms*** that we had already explained to her the previous evening she was due in and she informed us she would be in Friday morningShe did not show up and we then decided it was in our best interest to get our vehicle backThe fact that Ms*** was embarrassed due to the outcome of the situation is in no way our fault because we gave her ample opportunity to handle it on her own

They are saying that I caused in damage to the headlight and wanted a paint job as well as saying that I damage the car days before it even happenedI called Wedneday 7-27-to report that that the gas and breaks where sticking and when I took the car out of reverse and our it into drive the car would jerk unless I put it into park before charging gearsThe Lady that took the car back said that this type of problem happens all the time and that she is just doing her jobThe owner informed me to bring the car back in Thursday 7-28-before o'clockI was also told that the weekly rate included taxes and insurance and is advertised as wellI ask for a written quote and was said that wasn't available to me and that I can get in a payment agrangementHe then got nasty and said he would see me in court. He rents out dangerous cars and takes advantage of woman
