Thursday evening near closing time and claimed she thought she was paid until Friday, we informed her she was not and she said she would be in first thing Friday morning to take care of the situation. We opened at 9am Friday morning, Ms. [redacted] did not come in, we waited until about 11am she still did not come in or call us, we then decided to locate the vehicle, Ms. [redacted] finally decided to call, still claiming she paid until Friday at 1pm. We told Ms. [redacted] that we had already explained to her the previous evening she was due in and she informed us she would be in Friday morning. She did not show up and we then decided it was in our best interest to get our vehicle back. The fact that Ms. [redacted] was embarrassed due to the outcome of the situation is in no way our fault because we gave her ample opportunity to handle it on her own.

To whom it may concern, Ms. [redacted] rented a vehicle from us on July 21, 2016 with a return date of July 28, 2016. Ms. [redacted] called on July 23, 2016 stating she ran into a fence with our vehicle, we advised her to bring the vehicle in for our mechanic to look over the damages, she...

did not bring the vehicle in until her return date which as stated above was July 28, 2016. Ms. [redacted] did not mention any issues with the vehicle prior to her accident and continued to drive the vehicle for 5 days after hitting the fence. We recently rented the same vehicle before Ms. [redacted] to another customer who returned it with no complaints. On the day of return she came in with her mother, who is the one that presented all the issues she was supposedly having with the vehicle leading to the accident. Ms. [redacted] was advised that she would be responsible for the damages she caused and we would contact her with the estimated cost. Her accusations of the vehicle having issues are frivolous and just an attempt to avoid having to take responsibility for the damages. Sincerely, EZ Car Rental

They are saying that I caused 1300.00 in damage to the headlight and wanted a paint job as well as saying that I damage the car days before it even happened. I called Wedneday 7-27-2016 to report that that the gas and breaks where sticking and when I took the car out of reverse and our it into drive the car would jerk unless I put it into park before charging gears. The Lady that took the car back said that this type of problem happens all the time and that she is just doing her job. The owner informed me to bring the car back in Thursday 7-28-2016 before 4 o'clock. I was also told that the weekly rate included taxes and insurance and is advertised as well. I ask for a written quote and was said that wasn't available to me and that I can get in a payment agrangement. He then got nasty and said he would see me in court. He rents out dangerous cars and takes advantage of woman.

Hello,On Friday, April 6th, 2018 at 11:25 am [redacted] returned the [redacted] that she had rented from us. During her rental period, Ms. [redacted] returned to the office several times to extend her rental and the vehicle was checked regularly. On February 22nd, 2018 ashes and...

evidence of smoking were found in the vehicle during one of these periodic checks. Ms. [redacted] was reminded of the non-smoking policy for our rental vehicles and indicated her understanding of the policy. Our policy, clearly posted for all renters to see as well as signed by Ms. [redacted] as part of her rental agreement, is that any evidence of smoking in the rental vehicle will result in loss of the $[redacted].** security deposit. When Ms. [redacted] returned the car she was irate that she would not receive her security deposit due to smoking in the vehicle, and began screaming at our staff. When asked if she remembered the day when ashes were found in the car and she was reminded of the policy, Ms. [redacted] confirmed that she remembered the occurrence. The police had to be called to remove her from the rental office, as she refused to calm down or leave when asked by staff. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the policy is clearly posted in the office, and clearly stated both in the customer's signed rental agreement and signed contract addendum; and because Ms. [redacted] could not refrain from smoking in the rental vehicle despite being aware of the policy, we will not be able to refund the disputed $[redacted].** security deposit.
