contractor signed contract to install shower enclosure and tile bathroom to which shower enclosure was not properly installed and subsequently base of enclosure leaked on to tile floor and also got under tile and cracked it..enclosre screws were improperly installed and also cracked tile on wall..contractor is un -willing to fix and tells me "i am on my own"..with repairs.
