Review: -I entered into an agreement with Mr [redacted] of CLK Industries in or around June 5th 2013 which contracted him to create (1) copy for my website, (2) a script for my website's animation video, (3) the voice-over for my website video, (4) video screening, (5) video animation, and(6) video production. -Mr [redacted] began to show his unprofessionalism and covert hostility as early as June 13th. He didn't have the requisite industry knowledge to complete my project, however, I was patient with him by filling in the blanks and allowed him to continue.-In or around June 21st, Mr [redacted] finally produced copy for my website, but the content he wrote was completely unusable as it demonstrated a lack of understanding of copy writing for a website like the one I was creating.-Towards the end of June, Mr [redacted] had failed to produce any content that I could use for my website and his communications became a lot less frequent. At the end of June, Mr [redacted] informed me that the video would be completed within a week - however, he failed to deliver, yet again.-Mr [redacted] again sent me an email indicating that the video would be completed by the end of the week on July 8th - yet again, he failed to deliver.-On July 18th, Mr [redacted] sent me a voice over for the video which had many errors and needed to be redone.-Mr [redacted] failed to inform me that he would be going on vacation for a full week, further prolonging my project.-After 2+ months of being patient with week after week of delays, and an increased hostility from Mr [redacted], he was given a deadline of August 2nd to deliver a video - however, Mr. [redacted] failed to deliver yet again. At that rate, the extended delays had already cost me a great deal as I was unable to launch my website or any of the other milestones that needed to be achieved as a consequence. Given the expensive delays and cost of not making progress with my website, I asked that Mr [redacted] end the project and refund my money since he had not delivered his end of the dealDesired Settlement: I am asking for a full refund in the amount of $780.00: Given that Mr [redacted] has failed to deliver usable content for my website as contracted, and given the unreasonably long delays in producing any work. I have lost two valuable months and I'll have to find someone else who's more competent and professional to complete my project from scratch.
