I remembered this client personally, they created a seen at my dealership it was unbelievableI took a $deposit or partial payment on my Buick Rendezvous, from *** who has been a personal friend of mine for over yearsHe came to me for help in getting a car on payments about a
week prior to this incident but he had no money and could not show how he would afford paying for itI told him to try and come up with $and I would be able to finance him in a carThis time *** came back saying he has $to his name and he really needs a carI decided to sell him my Buick Rendezvous for the $cash no payments just to help him out because I also didn't think he would be able to make payments due to all that he said he was going through*** said he was going for the $and came back with $and ask me to give him til Monday for the other $400. On Tuesday evening I arrived at my office from an auction and was verbally attacked by both *** and a lady , ***They called me a thief, threatening to kick my as, saying I'm going to prisonAll this was because *** had changed his mind about buying the car and tried to call me on Monday to tell me and I didn't get the phone call or was even aware of thisI had I ask them to leave the premises or call the police I do carry a license fire arm and my holster does stick out a few inches below my shirtWhich she new because she kept saying I'll kick your "*" *** I don't care if you have a gunI never pulled out any fire armThe police came and I even disclose to them that I am carrying a fire arm and showed my license, then I ask to have them off the premisesI have cameras on my propertyIn my office I have big posted signs NO REFUNDSThat's simply my policyThe day *** said he was leaving to go get the money he went next door to a tire shop which I told him about that has good deal on tires, *** asked them about a Honda they had for sale and offered them $downBecause I had called them prior to him going there to ask them to give him my price on tires, they knew he was my customer and ask him if he was buying a car next door. As dealerships we have to put these policies in place to protect ourselves I will not change my standard to please a customer who approached me the way they did with the threats, name calling and scene they created at my place of business

My dealership sold *** *** a Infiniti Gon February 23rd upon purchasing this vehicle *** told me the CD player doesn't work just the radio I stated to him that it shouldn't be a problem to Source One from the salvage yard I will let him know when I find one and *** was okay with
this he continued to purchase the vehicleAbout a week later after purchasing the vehicle *** brought it to my attention that sometimes it's hard to start the vehicle in the morning it takes a while to start I told him to take a car over to my mechanic and we will check it out upon inspecting the vehicle they found out the fuel pump was going bad and we replaced it this was the last time I heard from *** after days of purchase his 1st monthly payment became due has contractedWe attempted to contact *** 3x within days of being past due he responded twice and told us he was coming in to make his payment and never showed upSince he was already past two weeks past due I had to dispatch a Repo Company to look for our vehicle which is procedures for my dealership the Repo Company found *** and he refused to turn over the vehicle instead he got in and speed away from them and then later that day called me and told me he would come in on his own termsThe Repo Company kept looking for the vehicle for another week we also tried calling *** and had no answerOn the 16th of April the vehicle was recovered*** sent me a text stating he wants his money back I can keep $and give him $1200, she said he is not going to take any losses it's on meI told him I didn't understand what we fund he meant because he's had or vehicle for over a month and a half and did not make his paymentOn the 21st of April *** left me a message asking if we can work something out where he can pay me the balance that he owes and get the car backI called *** to let him know that my company does not wish to go back into a contract with him due to the fact that he failed to honor the first one and then he ran with the vehicle when the Repo Company trying to repossess it and on top of that called me and told me he will pay me on his own terms it seemed like he was playing a game with us and I cannot afford to go in contract with someone who is not willing to honor their end of the bargainI told him the best I could do is offer him a lower amount to pay off the car and he can recover the vehicle paid off in full but I can't afford to give him the vehicle to go chasing him for paymentAt this point *** started yelling studying he is coming for his money and he has to get it back I told him he can do what he has to do but that's my final decision

Spoke with *** *** Said he provided refund in December
