I lived in the StLouis area for approximately the past years near StLouis University for school and eventually moving out to Ballwin in west county My time here has been both enlightening and beneficial for my development as a young adult in a struggling economy and as a supporter for small local businesses But having moved here from Florida, my allergies have certainly taken a toll on my health and well being I removed my filter from my furnace, as per recomendation from a peer, to find a disgusting, clogged and dirty filter Behind the filter lay a layer of dust and debris from the likes of which I've never seen Before I decided to let panic sit in I took it upon myself to search for someone to help answer a few questions about this dirt and dust that have been tormenting me for the past year I decided to go ahead and call for my air ducts to get cleaned, for I knew that there would be more dust and dirt in the rest of the a/c system After a few calls through the [redacted] I contacted [redacted] with C&L Quality Services She was very very very informative and answered all of my questions She gave me an estimate over the phone for air duct cleaning and was very friendly; a quality that I found most difficult with the other "big advertisement" businesses of the [redacted] *** [redacted] was able to set up an appointment within the following week When the technician, ***, arrived he was not only very polite but also very informative as well He was very friendly and also had answeres to all of my questions The job took approximately hours for my home (bed bath plus unifinished basement) and he also vacuumed and swept my floors Two days after [redacted] cleaned my air ducts, and replaced my filter, my breathing could not be any better No sneezing, no runny nose, and no asthma It was the best decision I made for my allergies I thank [redacted] and her technician [redacted] with the deepest sincerity and I plan to call them every time and any time I have a question regarding my air quality They truley are "C&L QUALITY Services."

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2014/11/26) */ I had numerous conversations with the customer the same day the techs cleaned her air ductsI explained to her that Asbestos does not become airborne unless it is disturbedThey explained this to her and cleaned the system with negative air versus our process which involves using brushedI then received a call from customer asking if I knew anyone that specialized in asbestos removalI made numerous phone call son her behalf and then let her know that I could not find anyone that was interested in residential removalI was never asked to test her air quality as we also do not provide asbestos testing and would have told her thatI received her letter, but no where within the letter did the customer ask for a refund or any follow upI read it as informationalmonths later she wants her money back for a service we provided

The men that cleaned my ducts were very cautious transferring equipment around the house and when they were finished left the place absolutely cleanThe price was good but the confidence in the expertise and knowledge is even betterYou have a new customer for life and I will definitely tell my friends about your prompt, courteous service! We were looking for a reputable company to hire and found C & L Quality ServicesHad a basement leak from our foundation for a good while that caused mold to grow on drywall, wall framing and floor joistThey were very professional and courteous when inspecting our issue and offered detailed solutions to correct itWe were very pleased with the results and have recommended them to our friends and family

I had C&L Quality services come to my house to have my dryer vent and air vents cleaned I received a very fair quote over the phone and an appointment I received a phone call an hour before my appointment time telling me they were coming at my scheduled timeI liked that They arrived on time and did a wonderful job, and pretty quickly I might addThey showed me pictures of my air vents so I could see they were clean how great!!!! Such nice polite young men I admit people look quite young these days but I asked their ages and they were to my surprise a lot older then I thought They left my house the way it was when they came except nice clean ventsI will be scheduling my chimney sweep next month I highly recommend C&L Quality Services to anyone

Very unprofessional company...I had them to come out to a property I was moving from to test for mold...company agreed to do the testing with payment later...when I attempted to make the payment via phone and debit by giving my credit card info..and being promised by the owner that I would receive a call within ten minutes...I never did...so withdrew the payment...I get text from the so called company at 9:30pm...stating the phones were down all day....then I get a email with them threatening to sue me in conjunction with my previous landlord...yes they went online and looked up my personal court information on ***...was able to tell me the exact time I would be going to court...seriously...then when I called today...yes I was very upset...to try and give them the $200....the lady begans to yell and so did I...the call ended with her saying well it's $now...wow!!!..I'm outdone...I don't trust this company at all!!!!...beware!!!!'

I hired the company initially for a mold problem I had in my basement. Everything went very well and we were very happy with the company. They were affordable, professional and completed the job on time.

Two days after [redacted] cleaned my air ducts, and replaced my filter, my breathing could not be any better. No sneezing, no runny nose, and no asthma. It was the best decision I made for my allergies.
