Review: I signed contract for removal of old and installation of new shingles on my house. When they showed up to perform work, I was told they would have to remove the leaf gutter guards due to the shingles manufacturer's warranty. I instructed them not remove guards till I received written quote and a guard sample. When I returned home later that day they had removed section of leaf gutter guard, without providing me with a written quote or sample. They removed the leaf guard from entire house without written quote, although they did show me sample of their leaf guard, I was not satisfied with the quality of their leaf guard. Now I will have to climb up and clean out gutters because they removed the guard without my approval and did not replace it. I am seventy years old. I was not planning on having to do this.

I don't think it is fair to add another item and cost to the job AFTER I have signed the contract. They waited until the job had been started to mention the gutter guard removal, the fact that if I did not get it the shingle warranty would be voided, and there was an added cost. This does not seem like a good business practice to me.

Metal trim over garage was bent then workers remove shingles. They bent trim back in place but it looks BAD.

Still have old shingles laying under deck. Didn't do very good clean up.Desired Settlement: I want them to install a gutter guard that I approve at a price that I approve.

Very professional and well run operation. Pricing was competitive and the service was second to none. Short lead time, started and finished on time.... nothing to say except that they will be the first roofer I call on our next job.
