We had CM Auto Glass install a windshield. By the next day the windshield was cracked. They came out and replaced it. Again by the next day the new windshield was cracked. I called they said they would send the installer out to look at it. I reminded them that he needed to give us a call 45 minutes ahead of his visit so we could be home. He did not call. He came out unsupervised onto the property. Now they claim it was not just another stress crack but that something had "hit, mashed, or pried" on the windshield. This is very unlikely because the vehicle is parked off the road on a dead end street where no one but elderly people live. The truck was not moved or driven. They refuse to give us our money back or replace the windshield.
