C & M Auto Services Reviews (2)
I went there for a simple front end alignment and ended up paying for services he did not provide. I was charged for a four wheel alignment and in the description he charged for a road test, tire pressure check, suspension parts check, camber alignment, and a ride height alignment. He did not do the road test, the alignment was off, tire pressure wasn't checked, and the ride height and camber could not be adjusted on my car. He then charged me full price and when I came back and confronted him about the problem not being solved he blamed it on the cars tires, which are brand new, the brakes and pretty much everything but his terrible workmanship in the shop. He then fixed the problem and then proceeded to talk down to me and tell me that my driving was the problem. I then asked for compensation for the services not rendered and he refused. I would not send any vehicle there even if it was the last place on the planet. They are rude and lie right to your face. I am not a stupid person when it comes to my car I do almost all of my own wrench work and to tell me there is something wrong when everything on it is almost brand new is down right disgusting. Steer clear of this business and save yourself the trouble and the headache that follows.
I brought my car in to get two new front tires. When I went to pay my bill, he proceded to tell me that I needed about $800.00 worth of repairs of; both tie rod ends needing replacement, ball bearings needing replacement and front brakes needing replacement. I took my car to my previous mechanice and he said I didn't need any of these repairs. He said that one of the tie rod ends was a little loose, but nothing to be alarmed about. That one tie rod end replacement would only cost about $150.00.
