C & M Automotive

I went to this store to get a quote on a job done to my truck. I wanted to see how much I'd have to pay out of pocket outside of what my warranty pays for. Leaving my vehicle overnight along with my warranty information, I get a phone call the next day stating that I'll have to pay at least 300+ out of pocket which made me change my mind and pick up my truck immediately. About a week later I drop my truck off at another shop which they were very helpful and honest with me, also let me know that nothing will come out of pocket. Then other company has finished with my truck, I get a phone call saying that there was problem with my warranty company paying them, they said that the warranty company has already made payments to the 1st company. After being confused for a second, I then find out that C&M has claimed a job done to my truck, in order for my warranty company to send funds, C&M had to have a signed work order with a price on it. I call the company and have that work order sent to my house with "My signature" on it. Very heated I was of this fraud, I maintained myself and hoped for the best. Now, I'm only getting run around from C&M saying that they never received any money, and nothing was signed. Funny when I have the work order in my hands with "my signature" which I never ever signed. This company is very foul and needs to be put out of business!!

To top it all off, in order for me to get my truck back, I had to pay directly out of pocket, and in order for me to get my money back is if this man pays the funds back
