C&M Concrete offers no warranties or guarantee on any projectsThis project was done more than months agoThis addition to his existing patio (a project we also completed) was prepared and completed in the same manor that we prepare all projectsA contractor can come in and offer their personal opinion but they have no way of knowing how any project was prepared.At the time I highly suggested he put in a retaining wall because of the way the yard is slopping towards the houseIn may of this year this area received over inches of rain in just a couple of days, this might have been a contributing factor as it caused extensive damage to many homes around the Fenton area.Thank you [redacted] ***Owner C&M Concrete

On June the job was completed, customers were happy with job and my company was paid in
full
Customer did not ask for any warranty information until June 22/
Prior to starting the job it was noted and discussed with homeowners that the surface was warped and uneven
No warranty was or will be offered because of the surface condition

The job mentioned in this complaint was not done incorrectlyWhen the customer booked my company to do the work he was informed that he would be required to have the pull top expansion (foam) removed and caulkedThis was not in my contract to do the caulking and that was clearly stated to the
customerWe did another pool deck in his neighborhood, that customer was told to do the caulking, which he hired out and has had no issues with his deck.I feel that any issues that have come up are because the customer failed to do the next required step (caulking) therefor I can not be responsible for the damage he claims in this complaint.I do not feel that my company is at fault for any issues that have occurred with this pool and we will offer no refund. *** *** Owner of C & M Concrete
