There is not anything I can say to mr *** as I have talked to his insurance company about his windows they will pay for them but he has o file another claim .I tried to work with him my contract is in black and white Insurance paid per estimate 33,supplements for code of Jefferson county
insurance paid .contract says PAINT HOUSE EXTRA insurance didn't pay and two wood windows insurance didn't pay and permitt house passed inspection Total owed per CONTRACT AND SUPPLEMENTS and extras this totals 49,which I gave not been paid in full .I have talked to insurance and went over everything they will pay for his windows but he has a deductible which I would not pay and the customer got up set after he added all the extras together and files a complaint! Don't have a bunch of extra work done on your house with out adding the numbers together mr *** was sent the window cost before and said he would pay for them if insurance didn't His deductible is more then the cost of windows .painting extra was talked about when contract was signed it says paint house extra .I have made several calls and emails to insurance and went over the estimate with them its the extras that seam to be the proubley here WHICH I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FORThis is wrong in every way to file a complaint against me because you wanted extra work then you don't pay for it I would hope after being with the B.B.Bfor years you can see through this complaint.Thank you for your help mark

I am rejecting this response because:MrC*** continues to lie about thisHe has NOT talked to *** recently, and I just have done so. They are the ones who told me to submit this complaint, along with others concerning fraud for billing of items never doneBTW, the roof only "passed inspection" after he lied to the County that the Correction Notice items had been corrected, when in fact they were notI had to hire another person to accomplish the items which I was unable to clear myself. MrC*** NEVER told me how much the windows would be until they were months late, nor would he provide a written statement/invoice as any add on to a construction project would require. I had subsequently obtained quotes for the same windows at $lessAnd, he absolutely refuses to provide either myself or *** and itemized invoice for these itemsThis has been requested at least five times now in writing! MrC*** has been paid $44,so far . I suggest that he reread the very deceptive contract which he signed with usIt states that the repairs would be done for the Insurance Estimate, plus $for "Extra"Other contracts he has signed said he would do the work for the Insurance Monies. He has never provided us, nor ***, with itemized invoices for any of the add ons he claims to have doneIn fact, when raising the Estimate, he has overcharged ***, and I, $for ten items alleged to have been done but never wereExample replacing gutters and downspoutsI am sick and tired of his lies and Woe is Me attitude and I am considering this over and done with, and as stated previously, I NEVER want to see or hear from MrC*** againHis poor performance and deceitful practices have been noted by our neighborhood and HOAAt their request, I am also in the process of sending an itemized list of the ten items which he has billed for but never accomplished, and this is going to their Insurance Fraud Dept
