We call to report our A/C unit malfunctioning. [redacted] says he will call us back to make an appointment. He never does. Has happened several times.
This same exact problem keeps happening. Once in January and twice in May. Both dealing with the same person, [redacted] We called [redacted] and [redacted] because our brand new air conditioning unit quit working and [redacted] says he will call us back to make an appointment and he never does. We keep calling and he won't answer. We had to flag down a [redacted] service van which happened to be on our street taking care of our neighbors' unit. He ended up coming over and fixing the problem right then but he even complained about [redacted] He even said that he will probably quit working for the company because of complaints like this.
