Review: After spending $10k on a new ductless heating system in November [redacted] the unit in my daughter's room still does not work as promised. It does not maintain a consistent temperature. I reported this issue the day after installation and was given advice to "leave the unit constantly on" so it could sense and regulate the temperature. I have done this and it stii doesn't work to maintain a consistent temperature. As an example, last night the remote was set for 72. The temperature in the room at 7pm was 76.4F. By 3.:30am the temperature dropped to 70.0F. I set the remote to 74 and now at 5:45am the temperature is 69.3F. Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for which is a unit that will maintain a consistent temperature. If the business cannot deliver then I want my money back.

Mr. [redacted] posted this complaint before speaking with us. The same morning he posted this complaint we came to a resolution which was that we would replace that piece of equipment for no charge. Mr. [redacted] indicated this was satisfactory. We are scheduled to perform the work this Thursday.

A response was requested but one is not warranted here. We are working together to resolve the concerns.

Review: The Company called me to come out & give Service call to look at my Furnance after 6 years of the install knowing it was out of warranty. This is the first time they called to do a service call in the 6 years However they tell you it should be done every year but none was provided.

The service tech came in took two doors off & looked in with flash light & said just as I thought the fan motor needed replace. He wrote up repair I signed it he ordered part.

He left I had another Furnance person come out to look at it he said it did not need a fan.So I cancelled fan replacement.Desired Settlement: I called Company & told them I was not very happy with there service man telling me something was wrong & it was not.

The person I talked to was [redacted] he said he would get back to me.So when he did he said they could only take off 30.00 I said that was not acceptable he said Okay so we hung up.

As far as I am concerned I am only willing to pay for the Gas to get here. My charge is 131.30.

I thought we had told the customer she could pay whatever she thought was fair. We are not demanding or expecting any payment because she was not satisfied. We returned the check she had given us and have not taken any funds from this individual. I apologize if any previous communication was unclear, but when this issue was brought to me (General Manager) previously I had requested this customer be told she could pay whatever she felt was fair, even if that was nothing.

To be clear, we are not expecting any funds to be paid. All charges have been waived.
