Customer placed order # [redacted] (which was a rewrite of prior order noted on complaint of [redacted] due to change in finish) on 6/26/2017 and delivered on 8/23/2017. In addition to the merchandise cost, customer paid $275 delivery fee which is even less than the standard minimum delivery fee for...

all orders to customers area in [redacted] (you can verify this by going to our website @ [redacted], adding item # [redacted] to your cart and then entering customers zipcode of [redacted] under "Estimate Delivery Fee" which you will see will come up to $284.00). Customer asked that while we come deliver the nightstand if we can assist run a cable for her on a bedroom set placed and delivered earlier on a different order # [redacted] delivered and installed on 2/21/2017, 4+ months earlier. This bedroom set item # [redacted] which you can see here: [redacted]studio-pier-wall-storage-bed.html is quote large and heavy. In order to get behind it to add additional cord(s), numerous pieces must be disassembled and is quite a tedious and intricate process. Customers are advised at the time of delivery date set-up via email to properly prepare for the delivery with one of the steps being to have any cable wires and extension cords ready so the drivers if requested can run it accordingly for the customer prior to completing the set-up. In short, customer was not overcharged and was even given a discount as this was a return customer and the accommodation of assisting to run the additional wire was done at NO charge, therefore as we mentioned to the customer, there is no credit due them. Sold me upgrades that I really didn't need, at an agreed upon price prior to doing the work. When I went to pick up the computer, the price had gone up $50.00. The owner in my opinion is not to be trusted. I would suggest another computer shop. In addition, a week after picking up the computer, it crashed.
