Work Completed: Pour concrete in back yard and sidewalk to alley
Cost: $10,928 Inc tax
We reached out to C-Ment in the early summer looking to have our backyard a concrete pad going out to the back alley.
They came and completed the job. Everything looked great and no complaints.
We noticed some small cracking in November and then the snow came.
In February snow started melting and we started to notice multiple cracks in 7 sections.
Multiple attempts to contact our sales person with no response.
An email was sent to C-ment and he finally responded. After a conversation he said he would come for a site visit. This took following up with him numerous times before he came.
He took multiple pictures and mentioned that he thinks the water at the fence from the snow melting is the reason. I told him that is unacceptable. He mentioned that he will talk to them and see what they will do.
No one ever showed up again. I called weekly trying to get a response. He finally told me to call the office and talk to the owner.
I spoke to the owner and he told me that the area is built on a swamp and there is nothing they can do about it. He said look at my sidewalk in the front, its cracked. The sidewalks that were poured in around 2006 all around me are in great shape compared to my backyard. I asked him to just come and look to see what his thoughts are and maybe something he can do about it. He agreed.
He never showed up. I called him every week for 3 weeks asking when he was coming. He kept saying next week.
Finally I called him and said that everything he has been telling me is a line of crap. This is when he has hung up on me and has stopped answering any further calls.
