Review: To Whom It May Concern:My name is [redacted], I took my car to [redacted] at C & N Repair [redacted] to do engine work on my 1994 4Runner on April [redacted], 2013 where I paid him $1,600 cash. I got my truck in 3 days since than I brought the my truck back to 5times, because the car was running in the same condition that I first brought it in; along with NOW my AC was no longer working. When [redacted] at C&N auto repair decided to keep my truck/94 4Runner over night on June [redacted] to fix my AC he told me to pick it up the next day which was June [redacted], which I did around 4:30pm on that evening. On my way home my engine went out on me and left me stranded on [redacted] in Brooklyn, NY. I called whom I only delt with at the show whom happened to be the owner. I called that same evening I didn't get an answer. The next morning around 9:30am I called to informed him that my last truck left me stranded last night first he started doing was yelling at me on the phone. I informed [redacted] of C&N auto repair, I paid him $1,600 cash, I work hard for my money and that we don't know each other on a personal level it always been business as well reminded him that his a referral from someone who thought he was able to deliver great service which turned sour. On that morning of June [redacted] came to pick my 94 4Runner AS I TYPED THIS COMPLAINT WHICH IS AUGUST [redacted], 2013 HERBY STILL HAVE MY TRUCK. I constantly have to be the one to call him, when I do HE NEVER ANSWERS HIS PHONE, which leave me no choice but to show in person, when I do he thinks it's a joke he laughs while I'm upset about my truck, I informed that I have to continue paying for car insurance while it's at his shop, as well pay a cab for places that I need to get. Since I've had major surgeries such as[redacted] and [redacted].Till today I continue to call him since 6/**/13 [redacted] have NOT made any effort to call me nor answer his phone.I fill for small claims court which does not take place not till 12/**/13. Please helpDesired Settlement: I have paid him $1,600 cash for another engine; while he as my truck since 6/**/13 I have paid car insurance for 2 months already which is $157 each month total of $314 on 6/**/13 I dropped my car to [redacted] I had just put $40 gas along with $117 in cab fair, to my Dr.'s appointment for follow up due brain and back surgeries. A total amount of $2,071 I feel that it's owed to me. I have no access to my 1994 4Runner I have no ideas what else is wrong with it or missing out of my truck&inconvenience
