The sales rep for this company was really eager to sign me up to make his numbers at month end He called me multiple times in his effort to sign me up for service After spending $500+ on Pest control I also signed up for a Termite treatment The agreed upon price was $1,and in order to push me to signing up that day he changed that price to $1, The only problem is he forgot to actually change the price Now this company is billing me for the extra cash and I have spent over an hour of my time trying to get them to remove it from my bill The salesman who was so eager to call me when signing me up, now has not returned phone calls from me over a week period Customer service has even tried calling him and he won't even return their calls This is not a company I would do business with again!

The national phone line promised prices and services but then the individual, local Terminix businesses did't stand by them Talking to them was like dealing with a shady used car saleman Got a referral from friend who is on a quarterly pest plan and has a house twice my size His service includes insects and pest animals for $quarterly We were both supposed to get Amazon gift cards for the referral Local office quoted me almost $70/mo for same service until I told them what my friend paid They asked for his phone number, looked up his account and then said they would give me same deal but for $for first quarter then the $80/quarter Guaranteed me they would address my mole problem also Service guy came out and said it was $first quarter then $80/quarter and they didn't do moles He told me I had to sign a contract for that price to get the service without mole control that day I told him I would call Terminix and could he wait? He said they wouldn't be able to help me on a Saturday but I decided to call anyway I was put on hold and he said he had more stops so I asked him if he could circle back to me if I got the price straightened out on the phone and he said he could Talked to rep on phone who said first quarter price should have been $but $discount had not been applied Also said they would get the mole situation straightened out and he was going to call the technician to update him He couldn't get through to technician so he said he had left him a message to call me and come back out Got call later that afternoon from tech saying he couldn't make it back out but to call and reschedule I called and rescheduled for the following Saturday (today) and was visited by Joan B [redacted] , Senior Inspector and started explaining the whole communication fiasco to her She flat out said I was misquoted and that if I wanted service it would be $200+ today and $120+ per quarter I opened my front door and told her to get out of my houseI would never recommend Terminix to anyone Very unreliable communication and no integrity in regards to the price/service quote they negotiated with me

I had an inspector come out from your S [redacted] office to look at my house for termitesHe told me my house was infested and needed to be tented and fumigate He then gave me a sheet of proposed services along with a payment plan I then had more termite control services come and look at my home All said I did not have any termite issues Clearly your employee only wanted to sell a product and was not honest in his appraisal Dishonesty is not a very good business practice

In January 2015, I got an exclusion done to prevent the squirrels coming to my attic It's been a nightmare that wouldn't go awayThey been out again in the winter of January since the squirrels are backThey said they found a few more gaps that maybe the problem how the squirrels were getting back inBut now it's January the squirrels are back againI spent thousands of dollars to get this fix but it has not been resolvedI been trying to call customer service to get someone from the branch to call me backNo one seems to have done thatIt's been over a week still no one called to follow up with meCustomer service and the product is horribleWhen they want to earn your business they will call and contact you immediatelyOnce they got your money they are no where to be foundVery disappointed with the quality of service and product that was provided from Terminix

I paid nearly $for a mouse exclusion and pest control contract to the Colorado Springs branchThe salesman promised services that the technician swore were prohibited (e.gsealing of roof access points)Further, the technician arrived for the service and was 'out' of many needed suppliesThen he stole some of our personal property and assaulted me when I confronted him about the theftThe Police had to be called to file criminal charges against the technician It took three weeks and several calls to and from the corporate office in TN to get the contract cancelled any my money refunded

I had Terminix come out Friday, Sept 26thto our apartment for a bed bug extermination, and the service and been outright terrible.It started on Friday, the day of our appointmentIt was scheduled between pm and pmThe exterminator didn't arrive until 4:pm, a full hour and minutes AFTER the two-hour time slot we were toldI also did not know they were late until I called Terminix support at about 3:pm that dayI also had not known our apartment had actually been treated until I mentioned it to our apartment staff at 5:pm! Nobody called to tell me they were late, and nobody called to say it was doneThis was immensely inconvenient, too, because we were not allowed back into the apartment for another hours after I got home from work just because our exterminator ran so horribly lateDealing with customer service hasn't been much better Karla S [redacted] is the person I've been talking to and she's very untimely getting back to me about anythingShe said she'd talk to her boss Monday (Sept 29th) about our experience and we haven't heard anything back other than offering free bed bug covers for our mattress, which does not help since I plan on buying a new mattress anywayIt's had also been a solid week since our extermination and we have not received any reports on our termination like where they found bed bugs, what needs thrown away, or anything elseI called Karla today and left yet another voice mail (my 5th one) to try to get the report This experience has been awful and I just can't wait for the service to be completedI just want a resolution to all these problemsNobody gives you callbacks, nobody lets you talk to their manager...this is by far the worst "service" I've ever paid for regarding anything About weeks after I moved (and literally got done with our extermination the week before we moved), I got the "Move Out" statement from our apartmentThey were charging me an extermination fee because they found MORE bedbugs after we moved! I had to go after Terminix and make them pay the the extermination fee (which they did)Do not make the same mistake I did and look somewhere else for proper extermination

Horrible companyTried to cancel after first visit because they were not effectiveThey wanted an additional to cancelI was already mad I paid and got nothing in return and they were asking for another to cancel? I don't think soThey turned me over to collectionsGuess what is? You won't see that money everIn fact reviews like this one cost you moneyTake a look at your business practices and join us in Also stop sending people out to knock on doors and bug people to sign up for your crap serviceYou people are the real pestsWho do I hire to get rid of you?

I have had a residential contract with Terminix for many years The prices continue to increase every year, but the services provided stay the same I called to ask if my account had changed in any way and was told that the company has the right to raise prices In 2011, my yearly contract cost $ It has steadily increased and now is $ If I had any other feasible choice, I would choose another company As it is, I will just be bound to the price increases for all eternity and only be able to complain to everyone I know about how Terminix is a necessary evil and not a company with integrity

We paid for Termite Baiting Program $2680.00( termite plan number [redacted] ) on November 6th, This program is covered by the The Ultimate Protection Guarantee which is including "same-day solutions for any of your termite needs" and "100% satisfaction or your money back" On 3/05/we realized that we have termites at our home and my husband immediately called to TerminixHe was told that they don't have anyone to come to our house on SaturdayAfter one hour of speaking with at least people they agreed to send us a technicianHe came and sprayed some chemical stuffOn Monday, March 7th two technicians came to our house, inspected and refilled all the traps around our house.On March 13th in the early morning we found out that there was an attack of termites againWe instantly called Terminix and they told us that theydon't work on SundaysWe told them that our Termite Baiting Program is covering us at the same day( remember, that this program is including "same-day solutions for any of your termite needs" and "100% satisfaction or your money back")WE spent around two hours on the phone with different people from Terminix but we've got nothing.We were told that on the next day, Monday March 14th somebody would take care of our propertyNobody appeared on Monday and we called again Terminix and spent another hour to find out when their technician is comingOn Tuesday March 15th nobody came eitherWe called on 3/15/and the area manager wasn't able to organize anythingSo here we are with our termites in our houseIt is Tuesday night and nobody cameThis is not the right company to deal with Yours, very frustrated and angry customersMarch 15th,
