Absolute low ball [redacted] to get onto your house. Two man team showed up on time and one of them preceded to "inspect" the furnace and then tell me that we had Carbon Monoxide deposits that were being dissipated in to the house. We just had our furnace checked by BC Hydro as part of the Strata we are in, but we opted to get our ducts cleaned by this company as well. All they do is how up with their Shop Vac and a long hose, take off the vent cover on the floor and vacuum the just that spot. The hose goes in maybe a few inches at best. After the one salesman was told that I would not be buying his "once only, cash only, offer" of a $400 package ( initially $50) to clear a non existent product, they were gone in less than 5 minutes (total). I am only hoping that they did not do any damage to the furnace it self.
