[redacted] from CNR Services out of Westland, Michigan did a roofing job for me in 2011. This was a complete tear off of the roof over my family room. He installed a rubber roof. I had no leaks prior to the roofing job from CNR Services. I had the roof replaced as an housing inspector stated that I will need a new roof soon. Therefore, since I had the money at the time I thought it would be a good idea to have the roof done. BAD CHOICE. Within days of having my roof replaced it rained and leaked in my family room. Keep in mind it had not leaked prior to the roof being replaced. I contacted CNR Services. [redacted] came back out and repaired that leak. Needless to say it has leaked in 8 different areas of my family room since the first leak in 2011. As I am typing this complaint it is raining and water is leaking into my home. CNR services was out yesterday 05/09/2013 to attempt to repair the leaks. Well yet again it has not worked. [redacted] has been out to my home at least 7 times attempting to repair the leaking issue that was created and caused by CNR Services. However, they have been unable to repair the other leaks. Each time they come out to attempt to repair the leaks; I end up with a new leak. My ceiling is caving in. There are cracks in my ceiling along with discoloration. I now have to spend money to get my ceiling repaired. Not to mention probably MOLD. CNR Services is unable to repair the issue that they caused. It is over 1 1/2 years and I am still having leaking issues after CNR Services tearing off my roof and replacing it with a rubber roof. I don't even have enough buckets to put out to cover all of the leakage. I have to put out pots as well. I would like for some type of resolution. It is event that they cannot repair what they have created. This should have never happened. I feel as if I have been taken advantage of. I never had an issue until CNR Services did my roof. I am tired and frustrated that this company failed to deliver on Good Service.
