The manufacturer holds the warranty on Tracey's coating and C & N Roofing Inc has been working with the Coating company since last fall to get some answers for her. We have not called her back as we have not had any communication from the Coating company.  The original [redacted] company has...

been sold to a different owner (Polyglass) that is not willing to warranty the other owners "stuff"  and the old owner finally answered the phone last Thursday and said he could do nothing for anyone.  C & N Roofing  has taken a sample of Tracy's roof to a lab to do a quantitative analysis (It was picked up around 10:00 this morning). We are trying to do all that we can behind the scenes as the manufacturer does not seem to want to do anything for this customer and we do not hold the materials warranty and do not want to do nothing for the customer.  We have been trying to keep her informed via email when we have info from the coating companies but they are not communicating with us regularly. We are on the last step that we can take to try and prove there was a problem with the coating that we put on her roof six years ago before we have no other options left.
