sc federal had a point award system that they said was closed in 2012. they also stated everyone was notified either by email or mail to use their point by the end of 2012. I myself had a large number of points and wanted to cash them in this month. I have explained I have never received any info on this. spoke with a lady today that keeps saying there is nothing they can do. they still have the program but now it is linked to a new cking plan. I just want my points I earned. I believe they should honor this. I did not receive at anytime a notice. it all about integrity. we followed all the requirements in order to be on this cking plan to receive these points.
