I took an ATV to this company in the second week of June. They are to redo the whole engine. They have not called me one time since then. I have always had to contact them for progress reports. They will not give me a straight answer. I called the manufacturer and they said they would send the parts in two weeks. This was a month ago. On the third week, I called Bertels and they claimed they had no parts. I called the manufacturer and they said they sent the parts needed. I waited another month and called today. I talked to the owner and he hung up on me because I was bugging them too much and I needed to wait until my machine was fixed. I think 4 months is a little long to have something to try and get fixed. If I called again, he threatened to stop working on it and have me come pick it up and pay for it without it being fixed.
