I ordered a book and never received it from CNET and when I called customer service I was told I am responsible for the book because the post office said it was delivered. But I did not sign for any packages nor did I pick anything from the post office usually they leave me a yellow card in my box but this time nothing.

I want to know how is it that I am reliable for a package shipped by CNET.

I want my money back or I will use every mean necessary to let people know what I am been put through for something I have no power over.
