"C" New Roof !

Review: In the summer/fall of 2013 a new roof was put on my house by C New Roof!. In the spring of 2014 I purchased the house. At the time of purchase the former owners told us that the new roof was leaking into the dining room. They had already contacted C New Roof! and they were sending people out to fix the leak. The workers came and worked on the roof, while no one was home. It rained a week after the repair was done and the roof leaked still. This time it was a good amount of water coming in. This happened several times last summer. I tried contacting C New Roof! several times. At first I was able to leave a message. However, no one ever returned my calls. Then after two weeks of calling and leaving messages the voice mail box became full and I was unable to leave a message. I called a total of 6 times last summer. I never received a call back or anything. Again, this spring and summer the water has continued to leak in. Now the ceiling around the center of our dinning room is ruined and falling in. I have still been unable to contact anyone at C New Roof! as my calls go right to voice mail and the voice mail box is still full.Desired Settlement: I would like C New Roof! to come back and fix this roof as well as any, and all, damage done to the dining room ceiling and dinning room wood floor.
