C.OBrown represents Secura Insurance Company. Secura is the company that handled ***’s claim and denied the claim to his shingles due to the deterioration of the shingles from wear and tear. They feel the shingles being years old were at the end of their life expectancy. C.OBrown was not able to move *** to another carrier due to the shape of the shingles. It does not meet the underwriting guidelines. ***copied and pasted from email
I am rejecting this response because:
When my mom and dad had faulty shingles on their house, the insurance took care of them. The insurance rep had the roofer handle the claim with the company that was at fault. I proved to the CO Brown company that I had my own insurance with them. They took it out of my account on a monthly basis. I guess they can lie about it and get away with it. My opinion of this insurance company is not very high on my list. Guess you probably can't do anything either but I would love to see them have a black ball with the Revdex.com.
