I am rejecting this response because: When my mom and dad had faulty shingles on their house, the insurance took care of themThe insurance rep had the roofer handle the claim with the company that was at faultI proved to the CO Brown company that I had my own insurance with themThey took it out of my account on a monthly basisI guess they can lie about it and get away with itMy opinion of this insurance company is not very high on my listGuess you probably can't do anything either but I would love to see them have a black ball with the Revdex.com
