C & O of Middle Tennessee

I dropped my boat off at C and O Marine for service. The boat sat for weeks awaiting a quote. After several phone calls I was able to receive a quote. The quote was extremely high. I declined the repairs and was hit with a fee for looking at the boat. I was not told about this fee on the phone or when I dropped the boat off. I believe they never intended to work on this boat. I believe they make a certain percentage of their revenue from these "quotes". When I spoke with the manager about this undisclosed fee he became very agitated and told me that he was now going to also charge storage fees. This is not how business is done in this country. This business is very disorganized in operation and in disarray on the inside.
