I have a Ford Taurus that I just financed with this company, so I heard some popping sound took it in and it was bolts that were missing on the transmission, was still hearing the noise after they fixed it , so I took it in again now it's engine mounts/ boltsSo they want me to pay for itOh my heater doesn't work took it in today, they replaced a part it still doesn't work , now I have to take it back next weekNot very happy, I've been taking days off from work to get my car fixedI did speak with a manager he says he will look into this and call meAfter today with my heat still not working I'm not pleased at all

All staff are very friendly and very interested in quality customer service. The price was very good. My car was returned washed and looking brand new. Thank you Sylvania and Carmine. I hope I never need another repair, but I wouldn't hesitate returning to continental auto body.
They were friendly getting me to come in. Once I was there, I was disappointed with the quality of customer service. When viewing there video I didn't find the salesman knowable or willing to answer questions or concerns. And when he did answer it short and abrupt. He seemed preoccupied and left me sitting several times. The financial services gentleman was polite and took the time to explain the process and kept me informed on everything going on. None of the employees wore name badges to identify who they were and what department they were from.
