In response to customer concern ID# ID of ***The following is a timeline of said events through our business: 04/27/- Customer dropped off 2005Audi AQuatro.05/06/- Customer pays by personal check in the amount of $$for non-refundable deposit and $to purchase
parts.05/09/- Check was returned for non-sufficient funds05/23/- Customer delivered a $certified check/money order06/08/- Customer requested a refund to purchase new engine$(less $non-refundable deposit from $800.00) was returned to customer in cash to purchase new engineCustomer will have detailed receipt for said refund07/13/- Still had not received engineTexted customer that car would have to be removed from lot or engine delivered by 12:pm EST 07/18/Customer replied with “OK”07/18/- At 1:pm EST, C and P Cars called *** *** ***.07/19/- *** *** *** removed Audi AQuatro.07/21/- Customer called, left message on voice mail stating engine would be there possibly the following week*** *** returned call, informed customer car had been towed per directive of 07/13/Customer was very verbally abusive and said “See you in court”The breakdown of money is as follows: Seven (7) hours labor @ $per hour to diagnose and prepare for expected new engine, which entailed removing parts from vehicle$Thirty-two (32) days of storage plus fifteen (15) days waiting for reimbursement of bounced check minus six (6) days grace periodTotal of forty-one (41) days @$per day$738.00Bounced check fee$50.00Total$minus non-refundable deposit of $200.00…$As to the customer’s concern regarding the headlight and engine parts in the rear seat; to diagnose and prepare for a new engine (that never arrived due to customer negligence), parts had to be removed, including the bumper and headlights to remove the radiatorC and P Cars informed customer that minus the $non-refundable deposit, all other fees ($1043.00) would be waivedC and P Cars will restore her car to the condition we received it in, within a timely matter, if our bill of $is paid in fullC and P Cars, however, cannot take care of the towing charge or that company’s storage chargesCustomer was informed of possibility of towing and time frame and said “OK”
