While the refund offered was not for the full amount of $120, the company responded to the complaint. I am still dissatisfied with the stated reasons for the denial of our application included in the company's response. CPM never attempted to talk to us about our previous landlord situation, and it is still unclear why CPM was unable to verify our income. Better communication from CPM could have led to a more favorable outcome for both parties.

The check will be available for pick-up at our Medford office on or before March 15th, 2016. Please note that all applicant names will be on the check.
