C P R Cell Phone Repair

11/18/2019 First took my iPhone 7 in for them to replace my battery. later that afternoon I checked to see if the service was completed. I was told by the technician. That I needed the new battery (which I had purchased on line) , but the cell phone had a bad chip and he could not get it running. The phone would start and then just keep looping and never get past the start phase.

The technician said they could get me a new iPhone at which time I placed the order for a new iPhone. The iPhone came in on 11/21/2019 and I picked up the phone and also had them put on the safety glass to protect the screen. Since then I have had issues with the phone and the main one being that people can not hear me at all to the sound quality was so poor and it sounded like the signal was breaking up. I never had the issue with the iPhone 7 so it can not be a problem receiving a signal.

12/19/2019 I called the location listed and my call was directed to the Bridgeton store location. I was told the CPR location in the Premium Outlet mall had closed down and they are handling all issues.

I explained the issue to the gentleman on the phone and he told me that all sales are final and they would not give a refund.

I explained:
1) there were no signs in the store that all sales were final.
2) The technician that sold me the phone and the technician that was there when I picked up the phone, mentioned that all sales were final.
3) There is nothing on the sales receipt that says all sales are final.

I went on to explain that this phone is used for business and I can not afford to have them try and fix the phone nor do I want to try another refurbished phone.

When I asked for the persons name he hung up on me.

I have filed a complaint with the credit card company and they are putting a hold on the charges. I did tell them that I am purchasing another phone today and I will holding their phone (CPR Cell Phone Repair) since this is their property.
