Review: This pertains to the parking machine labeled "[redacted]" located at [redacted] Seattle, WA 98109. I parked there on April 14 at about 6:20pm. I selected the wrong parking type (hours vs. evening rate). I had already put $2 into the machine and hit the button to reject my order so I could start over. It printed me what looks like a receipt with the word "Refund" on it for $2. The receipt says on the back "Detach stub for receipt and present for refund and/or validation where applicable or required." It doesn't tell me where to do it. It is a private parking lot, nobody validates it.I called the number on the machine, [redacted], and both times a woman answered and could not tell me where to get this refund, an address to send it to, a phone number to call... Nothing. Both times she told me that a manager would return my call. It has been a week and nobody has returned my call. I searched CPS parking online and found a parent company [redacted] I emailed the complaint and still nothing. Nobody is returning my request for assistance.This customer service is deplorable and I cannot imagine I am the only one who requests a refund with these receipts. They don't just spit the dollar back out, they spit out receipts which apparently are not worth much. I believe this runaround they are giving me is to avoid paying me my refund. It is a disgusting business practice, and fraudulent. A refund is a refund!Desired Settlement: I want my 2 dollars! I have my receipt stub with me to show them or send it if needed. I just do not know where to send it to and how I expect to get my money back. I do not want a coupon. I want a refund because I no longer want to use CPS's services ever again.In lieu of that. I want that and all of CPS's machines shut down and removed from Seattle. I think it is horrible that they would rip people off like that.Thank you.
