the couch I bought in march was only 2 months old when it began to sag as if there was no cushion support in it .it looks as if it is 5 years old .im ashamed to let friends see it .I have to put a cover on it .I have tried to get the business to do something on several occasions with no results but they promise to do something but they wont even call me back .please help thanks
