was serviced at CP&T for wheel bearing replacement which cost $498.XX. Technician ultimately replaced a bushing of the control arm with electrical tape and silicone during the wheel bearing replacement job. Car was consequently very unstable, noisy, and dangerous. Multiples parts were left loose and undone. Car was brought back two times to address the problems where some unloosened parts were taken care of. The technician stood by the work that was done on the car. Rear passenger area still sounds noisy, I have suspect that the wheel bearing wasn't completely installed correctly based upon my overall experience with this technician. I had to go to a second auto repair shop to have the job done correctly where the bushing was correctly replaced and an alignment was done for a total of $276.XX. That second repair shop noted the dangerous condition that the car was in and stated that the car should have never been able to leave the lot as it was.

CP&T charged me $700 to fix transmission leak in my car 2004 ***. They used an incorrect transmission fluid *** V instead of using *** OEM ATF MV. The wrong fluid name is even documented in the receipt given to me. This led to failure of transmission and thereby disabled from driving my car in 3rd and 4th gears. I’m not able to drive the car beyond 25mph. Though they tried to refill with the right fluid but the damage was already done to the transmission.
