I am very sorry for the miscommunication between [redacted] and [redacted] we have been in business for nearly forty years and have never allowed people to "try before you buy" pool cleaners and return them if they arent satisfied [redacted] has been working here for several years and knows this to be the fact if the unit was broken or malfunctioning we would certainly repair or replace it free of charge I feel like [redacted] may not be using the cleaner correctly, or may be installing the bag with the "flimsy frame" incorrectly, which is a common mistake and would cause the unit not to work properly there is even a tag on the bag that tells you how to put it back into the cleaner properly so that it performs as intended and the cleaner shuts off in two hours to minimize unnecessary wear and tear on the machine because in two hours most pools would be thoroughly cleaned if not, you just have to flip the switch for another two hours we have carried that cleaner for years and have a great track record with them, with literally hundreds of satisfied customers.I have not personally spoken with her, but the store manager, [redacted] offered to refund [redacted] all but $100, because now it will have to be sold at a discount as a used unit [redacted] sold her the cleaner at a $discount to begin with.I still feel like she would love the cleaner if we could make sure she is installing the bag properly we just dont have complaints on them.I would be glad to talk with her further about it, and demo how to install the bag properly I would even take it to her house and verify that its working properly I would be my pleasure.thank you, [redacted] ***
