I'm letting all my friends know NEVER to business with C&R cleaning LLC West Lafayette, IN
Please do NOT sure this service. [redacted] is a rude business person who does not know how to treat customers. He tells customers to "get off their high house" & "the world does not revolve around you" when the customer can't reschedule. He continously talked over me the entire time. I purchased their "groupon/deal chicken" coupon and wow - difficult situations all the way around.
Here's the story: I purchased the groupon back in Oct 2013. I called at the beginning of Feb to make my appointment for March 4. I rescheduled my first appointment - beginning of the month to end of the month March 25. As [redacted] will tell you "No problem! We'll take care of you!" Right! They do take care of you. The day they were to provide cleaning services they rescheduled 3 times! I was out of town so my realtor acted for me and wasted her day. What respectable company does that? None! They don't tell you there is an extra cost in the coupon to move furniture. I didn't mind paying for the extra services if they were provided!! As the employees left who didn't provide the extra services left - she made sure to pick up that cashier's check! I also paid for other service which added up to an additional $130.00.
A 'company' who talks down to customers and steals. Wow. So far today - [redacted] has hung up on me, and called me back three times with leaving a voice mail once. The last call I told him to stop calling me. [redacted] said he wanted to make it right. I told him the only thing this "company" can do is refund my money! I had nothing else to say since he was so horrible to me on the phone. I did tell him I would be blasting him and how he runs his business.
Please stay away from this company! Don't waste your time, energy, and money on this sad excuse for a business.
I've already blasted them on Yelp, Angie's List, Groupon, and Deal Chicken. My realtor who was acting in my place while I was gone is making sure the [redacted] and other realtors know not to use this place!
Just wanted to make sure others knew not to waste your time!
